PAIRING & CALIBRATION

REMINDER: DO NOT TRY TO PULL OUT THE CROWN. IT IS A PUSHER.


Install and enter the app. In the pairing page, press the crown for 5 SECONDS until LED flashes in BLUE continuously. The timepiece will start pairing with your smartphone.

For calibration, use the rotation buttons to control the 3 hands on the timepiece and set all of them to
12 O'CLOCK POSITION. Calibrate again when you find the second-hand is not pointing precisely when displaying day of week in the calendar.

DISCONNECTION INDICATOR

When the timepiece is too distant away from your smartphone, or the Bluetooth connection is interrupted due to other causes, the second-hand will start moving EVERY 10 SECONDS to indicate a disconnection. The timepiece will try to reconnect by itself, or after a single press of the crown. In case it does not, press and hold the crown for 5 SECONDS. The second-hand makes ONE REVOLUTION and LED flashes in BLUE, indicating a successful connection.

LOW BATTERY INDICATOR

In case of the battery running low, the second-hand will start moving EVERY 5 SECONDS, and the LED flashes in RED when the crown is pressed. Battery voltage sometimes drops temporarily. Check again in a few minutes, if the second-hand does not return to normal, battery replacement is needed.

CALENDAR FORMAT


When crown press is set to display calendar, the format of watch hands is as follow:

Hour(Month):Minute(Date):Second(Day of Week), eg. 12(Dec):13(13th):7/35(Sunday).

APP NOTIFICATIONS

REMINDER: BATTERY TIME DEPENDS ON USAGE. FREQUENT VIBRATIONS AND LED FLASHES WILL CONSUME POWER FASTER.

Apps will be added to the list after the first time they show on the system notification bar. A LED colour and vibration pattern can be assigned for each app.

For Android: Please switch off battery optimization for our app in system's settings. It will hibernate the app and prevent notifications after reconnecting the timepiece.

RESETTING

When a problem persists, or connections get confused after multiple pairing/unpairing, you may try to reset the timepiece and the app completely by following the below steps:
 

  1. Remove the app from all the smartphones.

  2. Forget the timepiece in the system's Bluetooth settings.

  3. Press and hold the crown on the timepiece for 30 SECONDS until a short vibration and a GREEN LED flash to take place. The timepiece is now reset.

  4. Install the app and pair the timepiece again.

  • Step counter Sync error

  • DND mode not working

  • Notification in Android 11
